At Crooked Tale, we believe in positive reinforcement and setting up our clients for their success.
We do this by walking them through the process from beginning to end. We will develop and implement a program and plan of action for our clients to regain their independence and re-entry into our community. As individuals everyone’s situation is different. We will assess and coordinate with community resources for medical and mental health needs, employment issues, benefit status and options for social services, housing and support. We provide Peer Support Counseling and create an environment of respect, trust, community and accountability.
Our commitment doesn’t stop there. We continue to involve, engage and grow our community. We work towards long term success which means continued support after re-entry to keep our friends engaged and accountable. The only way to prevent the revolving door of homelessness is to empower them with life and coping skills, a strong and devoted support system and purpose.
